Stand with Palestine An initiative launched by students of Qatar Academy Doha—Al Mayassa bint Tamim Al Thani, Maryam
Ahmed Al Hajri, Nayef Rashid Alkubaisi, Mahdi Hussain Alahbabi, and Asma Al Jaidah—to engage the local community in events and activities in
solidarity with people in Palestine. The initiative’s flagship event is a football showdown featuring local and international players,
media personalities, influencers, and students from Qatar Academy Doha and the Palestinian School. The proceeds from ticket sales will be
donated to Palestine, and at half-time, there will be a draw for prizes. The event also includes a variety of pre-match activities, featuring
music performances by artists Nasser Al Kubaisi, Dana Al Meer, Nesma Emad, and Hala Al Emadi, presenting the songs 'Palestine Arabiye' and
'Mawtini’ (My Homeland), and a drone show. Tickets for the event will be sold on Q-tickets for QAR 25. The event also includes fundraising in
collaboration with Qatar Charity through a link that will be shared via screens in the stadium. The total donation amount will be announced

will volunteer at the event under the supervision of the school's teachers. The Asian Football Confederation will provide volunteers with
training like the one received by World Cup volunteers.
