Secondary School Principal Welcome Letter

Secondary School Principal Welcome Letter

Dear Secondary School Parents,   I hope this letter finds you well and excited for the upcoming school year. As the new Secondary School principal of QAW, I am truly honored to be a part of this wonderful educational community. I am eager to collaborate with you in ensuring a successful and enriching academic journey for your children.  Whether you are a returning family or new to our community, I am thrilled to embark on this journey of learning and growth together.   The start of a new school year is always a time filled with anticipation, fresh opportunities, and the chance to build new connections. At QAW, we are committed to creating a safe and dynamic environment where each student can thrive academically, socially, ethically and personally. I would like to emphasize the importance of attendance during the first days of school. The beginning of the school year sets the tone for the months ahead. It is during these initial days that teachers establish classroom routines, introduce essential course material, and build a sense of community among students. Attending school from the very start ensures that your child doesn't miss out on valuable learning experiences and helps them integrate smoothly into their new classes. Please note that the school gates will open at 6:30am and classes start promptly at 7am. Please ensure that your child arrives at school on time to avoid being marked tardy. Sunday, August 27, is our first full day of school.   I look forward to meeting you in person and hearing your thoughts about our school. If you would like to set up a meeting with me, please contact Ms. Zainab Dadi, the Secondary School Secretary, by phone at 44542477 (extension 42477) or by email at zdadi@qf.org.qa. She will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable time for us to connect.   Thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. I am genuinely excited to begin this partnership with you and guide our students toward a successful and rewarding school year.   Sincerely, Mazen El Cheikh Secondary School Principal
